Estimate requests submitted through the Site are requests only. All pricing, scopes of work, and timelines are subject to an on-site evaluation and a written agreement. Instant estimate figures generated by third-party tools on the Site are preliminary approximations, not binding quotes. Any roofing services we perform are governed by the written contract for that project, not by these Terms.
3. Acceptable Use Policy

9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REDEFINE ROOFING WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS SECTION APPLIES TO USE OF THE SITE ONLY AND DOES NOT LIMIT OUR RESPONSIBILITIES UNDER A WRITTEN SERVICE CONTRACT.

11. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
12. Changes; Severability; Entire Agreement
